Amazing Day

Well she sits up, she eats Cheerios and those fruity puff thingys, she won't touch a bottle or a noodle. She is a little sick and coughing, but we met a doctor at dinner time and she listened to her chest for us. She said she didn't think I should give her antibiotics unless she runs a fever or gets worse. Her chest scar looks great. She has a huge belly and is cute as a button! She weighs probably about 20 pounds and is in size 12 month clothing and a size 3-4 shoe. She can bear weight on her legs but not walking or crawling yet. She hasn't cried yet for real, just a wimper here and there. She is baby babbling and playing with toy rattles. She is perfect :)

She is so adorable! Sarah Beth is sitting here with me pointing at the computer voicing her approval. What a perfect addition and what affirmation that the label in her clothes said Straight. Love how God does even the smallest of things to show his love and care for us. What a incredibly smooth gotcha day-we could not be more excited for ya'll. The boys and Shelby and have changed so much in a year. Everyone is growing up. Wish I could pinch those cheeks in person!

She is sooo cute and Shelby looks like she is doing great as a BIG SISTER. I had a feeling we would see a smile after you got to her and it's a sassy smile. You guys have done a great thing by adopting this little girl. Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip. Let Travis know I think he is an Awesome big brother and a trooper.

Oh Donna, she's beautiful!

Don't be surprised if Shelby really starts acting jealous and extra needy. Katie did, and needed a whole lot of Mom time while we were in China.

I'm glad to say, however, that she and her sister are best of friends now, and there's lots of room on Mommy's lap for TWO girls!

Ask for help when you need it. Make sure the boys and Dad understand that both girls are going to be especially needy for Mom and that they need to be "in tune" to the girls' needs now, more than ever!

Congratulations on your 2nd beautiful daughter -- what a beautiful family you have!

God bless,

Kelly (mom to three teen sons, two toddler daughters -- only 11 months apart in age!)

I'm sure you are so glad to touch her in real life! Hey CJ it look like you're a hit right off! Tell Caleb and Travis that Blaze and Adam keep looking at the pictures to see what they are doing. I said, "Look guys, there is baby Faith." And they say, "Look there is Caleb taking pictures." Or "Theres Travis" I guess babies aren't as important to them. They are enjoying seeing you guys with Buzz Lightyear! And stuff like that. They miss you guys and can't wait till you get home. You'll have to have mom take your pictue with some gross food! Or something cool like that! They will be watching for you! Chris
