We are home sweet home

We made it out of the hospital today around 10:30am- yeah! I am busy watching little Miss Fingers-in-the-mouth, so can't post much yet. She is feeling MUCH better today though. Will hopefully get to post the details from the last couple of days tonight. Thank you again for all the well wishes!

So glad to read that you are home. We'll keep praying.

Is there anything we can do?

praying for Shelby's pain relief and comfort. So glad you are home. I know this must be so very difficult to watch that sweet baby girl have pain. I will pray that she can find comfort without using her fingers in her mouth. No advice on this one- just lots of prayers coming your way.

So glad that you are home. I'll pray for strength to help with the finger sucking, the eating and the all around challenge of helping Shelby to heal. Every day will get a little easier. Watch for for the "packing" when it starts to fall out---I wasn't prepared even though I was told about it! Also, you KNOW Shelby and if ANYTHING seems amiss call immediately and ask to be seen--they are wonderful at easing your fears!

So happy you're all in the comfort of home! We're praying for Shelby to be more comfortable and have no pain...and hoping you all can get some sleep too.
