Did you make the dumplings too?
Did you actually make the dumplings from scratch??? (just saw the other person also asked that too) impressive. Lucas lived on the frozen ones from Super H Mart or Assi for months...they are really yummy but I never quite got to the place of making them myself.
Is Ian a noodle fanatic? If you are ever in our area we have some awesome cheap restaurants (one inside an Assi where a Korean guy makes home made Chinese noodles). We need to get together....
