It was done by a student for a project. His family has adopted 12 special needs children.
From their agency, "Clearly growing up in this home has given Allan a very special understanding of the plight of the orphans. His sister Carlin (a special needs child that waited for her special family) is the voice you will hear on the video."

No words exist .... What a great video, from a deeply caring and talented young man.
Very touching. Elizabeth (5) asked why the little girl didn't have a family, and when I told her, she said, "When I am big, I will adopt her." Stephanie (6) cried and asked if we could adopt more chidren. I sure hope that they all have the heart to adopt when they grow up!!
