My kids are busy beavers with their "work" this week! The girls made some sand castles, the boys caught quite a few crabs. And me well, I just enjoyed watching everyone have a fabulous family vacation together.
I will admit that I did feel a bit sad that Ian wasn't already home with us. Can't wait to finally get him home where he belongs.
I thought alot about "where" I think he is going to fit in with my crew. I wonder if he is going to gravitate more towards doing things with the boys or the girls. I realize he will be a boy, but since he will probably be emotionally much younger than your average 8 year old, I think he might find his way easier by spending more play time with the girls. Only time will tell.
