Hello! I've been reading your blog for awhile. Congratulations on your newest addition!
We adopted one of our daughters from China 3 years ago and needed to get through some of her medical needs. We are now ready for our 2nd adoption (yay!) Anyway, I have a question about the waiting child program now and thought maybe you could help. I thought you had to go through a certain agency, compile your dossier and then they would help you find a child. I don't understand how you can find a child w/o having your dossier ready. Or, how to compile your dossier w/o an agency...what am I missing???
Thanks so much for any links or info you can give me. I know you're a big adoption advocate and I would love to be on the receiving end of your expertise:)!

I like that last one. Don't they know that God provides, miraculously for all of us when we blindly trust Him? Happens 100% of the time. God is so good!
